Greetings from the Swamp!

We’ve just posted a fully searchable version of John Kerry and
John Edwards’ “Our Plan for America,” the book detailing their
platform. The askSam version allows you to search and analyze
the text in more detail than you can in the original PDF file.
We hope this will be useful for journalists, researchers,
academics, and others who are analyzing their policies.

You can download the searchable version of “Our Plan for
America” and use the free askSam Viewer to browse, search, and
analyze the information. There is no charge for the software
or information, it’s our hope that this will be a useful tool
for those doing research.

We are hoping to create a database combining this information
from Kerry/Edwards with the policies of Bush/Cheney. This would
allow researches to search for specific issues and compare the
policies of both parties. The information on the Bush/Cheney Web
site contained copyright marks, so we are not certain if we can
bring it into this database. If you know a source of public
