All of the routines you see on this page have been used by my clients and myself and have proven to be very effective over the years. To get the most out of these routines you have to be willing to put quality time and energy into your health and fitness goals for as long as it takes. Maintaning an effective workout routine for a long period of time is something that might require a lifestyle change.
