Todd Davis, the guy you see on TV and hear on the radio giving his Social Security number out to everybody in order to pitch his Lifelock product, has had his identity stolen. Somebody was able to take out a payday loan in the amount of $500 under his name, raising doubts as to whether the Lifelock product really does what it says. It looks like if an establishment is running a check on someone’s identity, Lifelock will only protect you if they are using 1 of 3 companies to check. This has prompted a few Lifelock subscribers to file a lawsuit against Davis and his company. Read all about it here.

LOL. I don’t even feel sorry for him. He was asking for it. He better stop advertising that way, or one of these days he’ll probably end up shaking hands with some guy who claims to be Todd Davis.
Then they’ll have a duel trying to prove which one of them is the real guy. They’ll both have supporting documentation, and established accounts with many companies to vouch for them.
Hey it almost sounds like a good movie plot.
