Looks like things swing both ways with the issue of fraudulent iTunes gift cards. And based on what I am reading here, it looks like the person suing has a strong case. Feels almost like a bait and switch to a degree. No one likes to be screwed around with when making a purchase.

Gift card fraud of any variety, sucks. But when you are dealing with Apple gift cards in any denomination, be careful as Apple might think the card is not obtained legally and lockup your iTunes account.
