iWork iAlterted, Badly

Posted by on Apr 8, 2010 | 12 Comments

Apple really dropped the ball with iWork for the iPad. As described by CNET, the iPad version of iWord is lacking needed functionality that many of its users feel are needed.

Worse, is the fact that there is concern about how imported documents will then behave. Will they lose formating or structure? There are simply concerns here that are not being addressed and this leaves a lot of people feeling completely left out in the cold.

Personally, I don’t get it. Apple either needs to provide a proper product for the job or simply not even bother. Is it really all that hard to do?

Although I have not seen this yet, but sounds like it may be another MobileMe”Beta”period fiasco? Seems like there are areas within Apple that don’t get the attention that they really need (or half-a**).
