At risk of saying too little, too late, I am not all that sure RIM playing catch up in the mobile browser space honestly matters at this point. Even funnier, RIM is talking about catching up by NEXT SUMMER. Really, they must be kidding?
Where the BlackBerry wins clearly is with the QWERTY keyboard. And even then, they ditched that with some of their models for a touch screen alternative, much to most people’s dismay.
Honestly, I am not seeing as much success in the BlackBerry court as I would like to. See, I liked RIM products a lot, once upon a time. But with competition from Palm, Google, Apple and yes, Microsoft, I see RIM’s BlackBerry missing the mark with past users. Maybe not all of them, but a hefty chunk of them nonetheless.

RIM was recently tabbed as the worlds fastest growing company. Say what you want about them, but I think they’re gonna do allright
