Being Rejected By Apple

There should be an image here!Apple really crossed a line here in this instance. While some apps are rightfully pulled, I think Apple overstepped commonsense when they pulled the app described in this article. While I am sure the charge would be pulling this app helps to avoid any potential for violence against offenders or worse, lawsuits against Apple. At the end of the day, it just feels like Apple is making decisions for its users going beyond what they should be.

But let’s think about this for a moment. The app store is of Apple’s own creation. So it does stand to reason that they can accept or ban whomever they choose. So is it really realistic to hold out the expectation that Apple should not filter out those apps that they might suddenly, change their mind about? I guess it depends on your perspective.

In the end, I think Apple still has enough buzz power that they can continue to alienate more app developers before really dragging their own name through the mud. But mark my words. While removing some apps makes sense, removing apps such as the one linked in the article above is not winning Apple many allies here.

I think more ppl should look for a pullback and buy apple stock as a solid investment. no, i dont sell it. just a suggestion

Sad, that there is no other way to publish apps (except for Jailbraik and Cydia).
