Psystar Gets It In The End?

Apple continues to march forward in their case against Apple clone company, Psystar. Despite seeing Psystar going into bankruptcy proceedings, Apple remains on the attack and is hopeful to make an example out of this company in any way it can.
My perspective on Psystar is that it was a bad idea from the beginning. What is of interest will be the eventual outcome of Psystar based on Apple’s attacks. Clearly, Apple is not taking Psystar actions of using OS X on Psystar hardware lightly at all.
What remains to be seen is whether or not Psystar is the first among many clones yet to appear. Or if instead Psystar has shown just how savagely Apple will pursue any perceived wrong doing. My thinking is that this is just the beginning.

Stand back, Apple, as it’s only a matter of time before some enterprising, copyright-ignoring company in mainland China, Russia or other hotbed of aggressive marketing builds a clone that will run OS X. After all, if Macs can run Windows, why not the a PC than runs OS X? Jobs and his crew may be able to suppress marketing cross-platform boxen, but Apple is living in a fantasy world if they think they can prevent it world-wide.
It’s about time Apple faced reality and starting licensing their OS and hardware tech again and gets price-competitive.
