Apple - A Fruit Of Many Secrets

It’s nearly as secretive as working for the US Government. Apple has made it a point to make sure that it maintains its mystique at all costs. Some might say this was an annoying thing for an otherwise cool company to do. But as you can see from the latest iPhone 3G S commercial, the hardware giant hardly makes a secret out of its desire for remaining secretive.
Where things go from entertaining in the secrecy arena to deadly serious is when it comes to just how far Apple will go to keep its secrets. Apple will sue you should it deem you a threat to its company’s veil of secrecy.
Yet as this article discusses, Apple secrecy is not always all that defensible. Especially with regard to the company’s founder having health challenges. While we might like to believe Steve Jobs is entitled to his privacy, that is simply not the case when he is heading a publicly traded company by which him blowing his nose has a direct and immediate effect on the company’s shares.
