Apple Does Fairly Well Despite Poor Economy

Seems like I am seeing a lot of mixed signals these days. First I was hearing that Apple is not doing all that great with the Mac sales. Yet now I am hearing that despite the sales slump, things are not all that bad really. In truth, guess when you look at the numbers, things could certainly be worse.
At the end of the day, I find the facts to be as follows. Apple is going to do best with their iPhone sales, followed up with the Macs and then finally, the iPod like. This might seem a bit negative on the iPod, but with the success of the iPhone I simply see it becoming less important.
The future for Apple, in my view, will be with their iPhone, iTunes and to a lesser degree, the Mac. While I believe without question that the Mac sales will always remain strong, I think that overtime there will be a shift of focus over to mobile products more.

iPod less important? Maybe to some freaks like you, who dote on their iPhone’s like never before. We don’t all want $2000+plans and mwssing around with subsidizing. You’re less imprtant!
