Steve Is Coming Back Sooner Than Expected

At one time, these types of reports might have carried this kind of weight about Bill Gates, as he was once a key component of Microsoft. Because when Steve Jobs tool ill, the Apple market share felt like the wind was being sucked out of its sails at first.

Then much to the surprise of some, the products and service stood up well on its own. Well enough that myth of Jobs leaving the company translating into Apple’s demise apparently. Clearly, that idea was a huge overstatement. Heck, even with him totally out of the picture, I suspect Apple has enough of its own vision in place that it would do just fine in the post-Jobs era.

Thankfully though, despite some considerable health challenges, Steve is expected to be back to work as early as the end of this month. And this is a good thing, as I bet he is not one that likes to just sit around at home waiting for life to happen on its own.
