Some folks might point out that switching to Apple’s Mac is the easiest thing in the world. For some, sure. But if you don’t know the dock from a hole in the ground, some one on one help might be in order.
Using Apple’s One To One Membership certainly translates into making the Apple experience a pleasant one. And assuming you live near an Apple Store, this sounds like a great idea!
Sadly, for those of us who live closer to resellers just north of us, our options would be vastly more limited. Yes, the reseller does offer training similar to Apple’s official $99 course. Except that this training is provided by total morons and is about $129. Needless to say, I will be foregoing the link to the reseller as I would sooner step in front of a bus as provide them with link traffic.
