Apple Exploring Application Sharing

Some of you might be under the impression that the above title must be some sort of typo, right? Not at all. As a matter of fact, I think that Apple would be missing out on a huge opportunity for further app sales if they did not explore allowing their users to share applications with others.
It’s said that the feature to share, is already to roll in the soon to be live iPhone 3.0 software. The question is however, whether or not Apple will bother with the activation of this feature. I suspect they will, but it is still too early to tell for sure.
What I want to see more than merely sharing apps, is the ability to share movies. Yes, I realize that users will need to each pay for these things. But in the end, being able to send someone a chance to purchase something that you are enjoying is just good business for Apple in my mind.

This is impossible vague, details? When I think application sharing, I think, citrix, so, I’m not entirely sure what you’re talking about.

Maybe like bluetooth sharing of a multiplayer game without having to have the app? With a total stranger?
there are apps which might be good for such ‘ sharing’ , but if both iphone users do not have the same app, it is not going to happen. Nintendo DS games I think allow the app itself to be shared to the other device.
Basically, it could open multiuser apps, as a way to demo and push sales of same apps. Viral social marketing. The developers may push this idea. But it comes with spam and security issues, every bit as annoying as facebook apps.
