Psst, Did Ya Know That Unibody Screen Is An Upgrade

Even my Mac using wife might have missed this one had it not been for this article. Apparently Apple has slyly upgraded screens for the 13in unibody Macbooks. It’s difficult to say exactly why, but regardless it is going to be the consumer of these Macbooks that will be reaping the benefits in the long haul.

Do you have a new Macbook? Chances are pretty good if you ordered in from the website, Apple sent you one of the new models with the changed screens. However it seems that some Mac stores on the other hand, still use the older screens in their Macbook displays. Waste not, want not I guess.

In the end, I think it is about time. The old screens were really not that great considering the money being spent on the machine. And having a better display means providing the end user with a vastly better viewing experience. It also means not having the PC market taking cracks as your poor display, either.
