Psystar Files For Chapter 11 - Another Apple Clone Turns The Page

Psystar is clearly stalling and the rumor is that the big financial backers are long gone. Clearly, someone is going to be left holding this bag. But rather than give up, it is obvious that by filing for Chapter 11, Psystar is looking to stall out a little longer while the latest batch of suckers goes in to purchase another Hack-in-tosh.

Look, you want to install OS X on a PC - fine, that is your deal. But to be STUPID enough to buy a PC from these folks knowing that they are hovering above the tidy bowl with a strong Chapter 11 makes anyone still buying from them, out of luck should the hardware come back being defective. Something tells me that those still buying from these people will be on their own.

Still sound like a great deal? Alright, go for it then. But rest assured of one thing. This time next year, there will not likely be anything left of Psystar short of an empty building and some dwindling memories. Call it a hunch.
