Bluetooth 3.0 Just Around The Corner Yet Still No Transfers For iPhone Users
For most mobile users, Bluetooth is nothing new. But when coming from another mobile phone over to the iPhone, considering it is like a brick, you really will want to use a Bluetooth headset should you wish to try and talk while driving.
But what about using Bluetooth for transfering files and documents? While Bluetooth 3.0 is just around the corner, this is really not a big comfort for those of us using the iPhone and unlike other phones out there, are feeling jipped without being able to transfer stuff easily
I mean really, there is a world beyond that of iTunes you know! Luckily, outside of Apple, some indy programmer are working on a solution. Why all of this cloak and dagger crap just to get something as basic as Bluetooth transfers working – great question. I guess it has to do with the fact that Apple is wary about allow its users to upload whatever people want to their phones, when it would be better for them to have people buying the same stuff from the app store. Perhaps I am wrong, but I tend to doubt it.
