Remind me again why I need (or should even the slightest bit want) antivirus software for OS X?
Correct me if I am wrong, but to date there has been not one (by definition) self-replicating, morphing, transmitting piece of software for the OS X environment - malicious or not. Not-a-one that doesn’t EXPLICITLY require user permission for “infection” at which point it did nothing malicious really (ie just a weak trojan that takes all of 30 seconds to remove 100% from one’s system. Not even a proof of concept.
Perhaps I am mis-guided but until there even exists a virus/worm/threat-of-any-sort I’m not wrappin’ ‘er up (so to speak)
