Hey, were you a lucky little lad and you got a MacBook Pro before anyone else in your town? Ya, luck ain’t with you as some of the early revs seemed to be loud and burn peoples laps from being so hot to name just a few issues. Well, if you have a MacBook Pro with a serial number of W8610 or lower (mine is W8607), then you can go down to the Apple Store and make some noise and they’ll gladly hand you a replacement MCP. If you’re experiencing any issues and want them taken care of, call Apple or visit your Apple Store today. Stop the pain, man!

What if you are experiencing the same issue but with a dell. I talked to Dell one night about it and the tech was going to replace the heat sink and the fan. I asked him why and he said so it does not continue to happen, The fan works. SO if I did the same would they replace my laptop?
