Apple Drops Prices On The Refurbs!

Apple is dropping prices on the PowerMac G5 and the PowerBooks G4.
So here is a renewed pricelist:
PowerMacs
PowerMac G5 - dual 2.3 Ghz $2000
PowerMac G5 - dual 2.5 Ghz $2050
PowerMac G5 - dual 2.7 Ghz $2150
PowerBooks 15 inch
PowerBook G4 - 1.5 Ghz $1400
PowerBook G5 - 1,67 Ghz $1600
I am going to buy some stock for my company. We have a lot of Final Cut Pro users working here and because it takes at least until June before we can run Final Cut on the Intel machines, we have to take action. I need to replace some older machines and I think we are going for the stability of the PowerPC for now. We can’t afford it as a TV company that our software will fail, or not run as smoothly as it does on the PowerPC.
It’s a difficult choice, but I think that the first Intel Mac will not hit our company earlier than the end of 2006. Maybe I can do some beta testing, of course!
