If you remember, I had my new iMac’s hard drive trashed after running TechTool Deluxe that came with my Applecare. I reported it to Apple and thought it was a freak accident, but obviously it wasn’t. I received this email today from a listener and wanted to pass it along as a FYI. Also, the listener did not leave an email address and I’d like to ask him/her a questions or two.
