iPod Goes From 90 Days To Single Incident Support

According to a Think Secret article and the FAQ pages in my iPod manual, it’s true that Apple has cut the support from 90 days to a “single incident” of complimentary telephone support. Customers can use their single incident within the first 90 days of purchasing one of the new click wheel iPods.
