Not too long ago, I thought my system was running way, way too hot; fans were running at normal speed, but the exhaust was the hottest it had ever been. My first stop was to the Apple Discussion boards to check out if others were having the same issues… What I found was a handy little temperature monitor app.

ThermographX looks for any usable temperature sensors and gives you valuable feedback. You can track the temperature over time, by sensor, and compare your temps with those of other ThermographX users.

ThermographX has just been updated to work with the April 2004 PowerBooks and the June PowerMac G5s.
