The Mac Does Come In Handy

The author of the Mac Net Journal explains how, once again, the Mac has come to the rescue. Apparently, one of the author’s co-workers was trying to do some audio editing, but really needed help. The author was able to be of service using nothing but completely free Mac applications. The first application used was iTunes - to play the CD, initially. Then the editing took place with an application called WireTap, also free to use. Hmm, and they say there are no useful freeware apps for the Mac! ;o)
