what’s up kiddies… well, today i’m kinda just sittin’ back, takin’ it all in. I work tonight so i’ll be home late tomorrow and be out for pretty much the weekend, or atleast until sunday…i’ll be back and try and write in between if i can…

So, what’s new…well, the “big” thing was the SDK from Apple for iPhone…from what i’ve heard, it’s gonna open up a lot of doors for people to make money, but as always, originality and quality will distinguish the profits from the people who just wasted their time…guess we’ll see, either way, i am not an iPhone carrier so i’ll have no issues either way, still, it’s one to keep an eye on…

Also, heard about the new Apple Time Capsule… i’m quite impressed…expensive, yes, but worth it, hell yes, especially if you don’t already have wifi router… This baby does it all, it seems… in 500gb and 1tb portions, also works with windows..wow, they’re really getting it right…hey MS, get a clue… how can someone you support be putting out better products than you…sometimes it seems, money and resources aren’t the only thing necessary for a good product…the thing i’m most impressed with, it has a usb slot for your printer, that is just perfection in terms of convenience, automatically have a network printer at your disposal… well, … i’m speechless… that is just… perfection… needless to say, if you have a mac, keep an eye on this one, for time machine alone, this is excellent…

What else to talk about…let’s touch down on the HD-DVD thing w/ Blu-Ray… well, you know by now, HD is pretty much done… current rumors are about of MS talking w/ Sony to bring Blu-Ray to XBoX 360… wonder how that’ll break down, oh to be a fly on that wall.. will Sony squeeze MS for money or will they laugh in their faces in hopes ps3 gets a nice one up on the competition, only time will tell. In a related story, apparently those $200-ish blu-ray players will be a reality at some point, so far though, not lookin’ good for any time this year. I still say, go out and get a deal on HD-DVD players, there’s plenty in the collection of DVDs to make it a worthwhile entry into High-Definition… if only those DVD prices would drop as well… hmm.. guess we’ll wait on that one as well… i mean, heck, some people still have beta-max players..right?…
