Navigational Sounds

One thing that I have not missed since moving over to Firefox is all the beeps and bloops Internet Explorer makes while you are navigating through your Web pages. Some people may like getting these dinging sounds though, even if they just make me feel a little dingy. That is where the Navigational Sounds extension comes into play.
So what is this extension all about? Here is what the developer of the Navigational Sounds extension has to say about it:
This is just a small extension to play the Windows Start and End Navigation sounds when using Firefox. It includes no sounds of its own, it just tries to play the Windows ones.
So as you could guess it does exactly what you would think it would do. It plays all of those annoying sounds you get when you are clicking around in Internet Explorer. So if you feel like you miss the “good old days” of browsing or you need a tool to help you switch, Navigational Sounds is the extension you are looking for.
This Firefox extension is for versions 1.0 and up of the browser. You can download it and try it for yourself via the Mozilla Update Web site.

Apparently I am one of the few people who think that computers should be on mute at all times with a few rare exceptions? :)
The clicking and clacking from keyboards all around the office alone is enough to distract me. Then again, I am here reading your blog instead of working so what does that say about my level of concentration?
