Irony multiplied

Ok, so here’s a little trivia. When can a person, let’s say he is Russian for the purposes of this scenario, be breaking the law for not being allowed into a country? You would think that if a court wants a person to hold to a plea bargain, the government would allow such a person into that country, wouldn’t you? Hmm, so would I. So, why is it thoroughly not surprising to see the US government is not allowing White Hat hacker Dmitry Sklyarov into the country, which he has to do to testify against his employer, Elcomsoft. Now, you would think it should not be possible for the government to force someone to break the law, but it is clear it is not only possible, but it is destined to happen, and it is also not likely that the government will let Sklyarov off of his plea. Typical.
