Study nearly split on cell-phone TV interest

I have said it once and I will say it again. The idea of TV over the cell phone just seems sort of silly to me. Apparently, I am not the only person that feels this way according to a recent study on the matter. It would appear that out of the participants of the study, almost half of them are not too sure about it.

The survey indicates 46 percent of U.S. cell-phone users are at least “somewhat” interested in watching television or videos on phones or other mobile devices, while 53 percent said they were either “not very” or “not at all” interested. The study, conducted by Lyra Research’s DTV View group, polled 1,300 U.S. cell-phone users.
