MBR Headaches? Got You Covered!

There is nothing worse than finding out that, after you’ve added Windows or Linux to your machine, it will not boot one OS or the other. In the past, this has proven to be a pain. Sure, on a single OS computer it’s not so bad, however, add another OS to the mix and things can get interesting really quickly. This is where Super Grub comes in. No matter if you are looking to fix your Windows MBR, LILO, or even Grub, Super Grub is a repair tool that addresses all your booting headaches.

To me, I found it refreshing to see a tool like this address the boot needs of both OSes. This way you are not left trying to bounce from one CD to another just to get things to work again. And yes, for the Windows user sitting there looking at a poorly designed restore disk, this utility can save you a lot of time otherwise wasted fixing that MBR. Check it out - after all, it’s free!

[...] Speaking for myself, I may even go the really brave route and take this “Super Grub” for a test run in this type of situation. Not to be confused with Super Tux, Super Grub is designed to help you in repairing MBRs gone wrong. I too, will make sure to share my experiences once I get things up and running. [...]
