Is this a must have? Eh, it depends. If buggy toys are your thing, then go for it.
At the beginning of this decade, Most of us were still getting starry eyed over the relatively new DVD technology. However around the same time, there was a sleepy little enthusiast technology that was being developed at the time. Rooted in Microsoft’s MPEG4 codec a new format called DivX emerged. The DivX codec was the forerunner in a growing trend that allows high quality video to be compressed into incredibly small sizes.
