Um, so what? So Kensington has a thinner power adapter for my notebook, big deal! Unless this puppy runs on sunshine or offers some new capability, I really don’t see the appeal.
Everyone wants a powerful but light laptop. But no matter how light the laptop, the extra stuff in the computer bag - CD/DVD drives, a mouse, a U.S.B. hub - adds ever more to the weight. The most common complaint is about AC adapters, commonly known as bricks, which weigh as much as a pound. But unless something goes wrong with the adapter, most never think about replacing it.
Kensington Computer Products has a power adapter that might cause users to consider switching even if the original adapter is working. At six ounces and half an inch deep, the Kensington 120W Notebook AC/DC power adapter is 40 percent thinner and lighter than the adapters that typically come with laptops.
