Having been absent since October 2005, Black Viper aka Charles M. Sparks has his domain up and running again. The domain site was reactivated on March 7, 2007 and as BV states, is in dire need of updating. I am sure we all will be patient while he gets his house in order.

So what the will BV site have to offer you? In the past BV was highly respected as a source on how to trim the dead weight from Windows and eliminate some of the processes that were not really needed and slowed the system down. In addition the site provided information galore on other tweaks that could turn a newbie into a full fledged geek in a short period of time. Not only were Windows operating systems covered in detail, but there was also a smattering of Linux tossed in for good measure.

Over the years the BV site became a reference point that we forum users would send problem cases to for advice and solutions for a host of computer ailments and problems. Whether it was something simple or complex, the BV site offered something for everyone. And if you couldn’t find it at BV, there were links which would direct you to a alternate solution site.

The advice provided on the BV site was always provided freely and without cost. This icon on the Internet was very missed when the BV site was closed. I for one am glad to see the BV site back online and look forward to a bright future.
