Most of the Warped sites we have visited in the past few weeks have been sites that were designed by one or two folks, trying to promote a certain point of view. Well, today the site that we’ve selected just goes to show that you don’t have to think small to have a really Warped site.

Pro wrestling has long been a spectator sport of millions, and has become one of the largest businesses around. Today’s site is the Official World Wrestling Entertainment site, or as it was formerly known, the WWF (World Wrestling Federation). Before that, it was the WWWF (World Wide Wrestling Federation), and before that, who knows? But the participants and spectators have achieved that certain resonance where all things come together for pure fun.

This site explores the current champions John Cena, Ric Flair (still going strong), Chris Benoit, and the various sub-champions. There are clips here, pictures, schedules, and just about anything the casual visitor or big time fan would need and want to know about this sports entertainment behemoth.

Don’t get me wrong; I like pro wrestling, and this is a wonderful site.

The Warp-o-Meter gives it a definite 8.5 on a scale of 10. The only way to make it better would be to have the Hulkster back. But then Hogan knows best, and I don’t think we’re going to see him any time soon.
