Well, it’s true. The sleek, cute, and shiny iPod mini has officially been replaced by the iPod Nano and, in fact, you can’t even buy a new iPod mini through the online Apple store, anymore.

So where have all the minis gone? To Costco, apparently! Because Costco is now selling iPod minis through its online store for only $149.00 for the 4GB mini! Not only is that a great deal, but it’s $10.00 less than the Apple store is charging for refurbed iPod minis, which is apparently the only kind of iPod mini you can buy from Apple now, at least as of a search of the online Apple store this morning.
