eBay to buy Skype for $2 Billion?

This is an odd choice for a company that does auctions and payments (PayPal). I guess I am not seeing the “Synergy” as they say, even though I have been a huge fan of Skype since it first launched.
Our Guess: Maybe you can Skype people and curse them out for free when your item doesn’t arrive, or get a call via Skype when you are the high bidder that just got outbid? Any other ideas?
