Well, it’s a new month, so companies are announcing new products and Creative is leading the way. On the first of September they announced 4 new speaker sets. The TravelDock Zen Micro, TravelDock 900, TravelSound 400 and the TravelSound 250. The speakers range in price from 89 dollars to 249 dollars.

John’s 2 Cents/Rant:
OK more portable speakers, for the Creative line of MP3 players. Now I have to ask the question, WHY? The only people I could see using these speakers are students who don’t have room for speakers. A laptop or desktop with a sound card would be better. People aren’t going to be taking these things to the beach, and probably won’t be using them in the office, so what’s the point?
