HotShot Windshield De-Icing System

Cadillac and Buick dealerships across the country are welcoming the arrival of vehicles that feature the new HotShot, a windshield de-icing system. Microheat, Inc., the manufacturer of HotShot, claims its system is the first product in 75 years to solve the problem of frozen windshields.
HotShot uses a patented cycling technology that “intelligently” heats windshield wiper fluid to an exact temperature and sprays it at a precise time interval to efficiently remove snow, ice, bugs, and road grime from vehicles. A button located on the driver’s control panel is used to activate the HotShot system.
