Dell Slams The Door On Customer Care

Dell seems to be determined to alienate every customer they have. Their tech support and customer satisfaction ratings have slipped in recent years, ever since they off-shored much of their support structure. Now, they’ve axed the Customer Care online forums.
How much farther can they go without losing more customers? Or more importantly: how much more can they do to alienate potential customers before it becomes too much? Time will tell. Dell seems a lot more interested in wooing business and enterprise customers than the average consumer, anyway.
