Ars is reporting that there is a ‘chance’ that the new Xbox design has been leaked. They seem to be leaning with caution on this one and who can blame them. I really doubt that the real design will show up online anytime soon. Having said that, it could all be part of an elaborate marketing ploy. Hmm, it is really hard to say.

While we’ll have to wait until May 12 for the big MTV debut of the next-generation Xbox, we have a few tidbits to mull until then. GamesIndustry.biz is reporting that they’re positive that the next Xbox will be called Xbox 360, which more or less fits what everyone else is saying. More interesting, however, is their claim that the design will be largely platinum white, backing away from the black/alien-green look. [Read the rest]
