For those of you who are fans of Windows’ themes, you might want to check out this Microsoft download page. Normally, to get more themes for XP, you have to buy one of the Plus! editions or try to find themes put together by third parties. These may or may not have all the elements of a full theme (fonts, icons, sounds, etc.).
That said, these themes may be about the same. They’re not actually put together by Microsoft, but at least Microsoft is distributing them, and they’re free. I think that they’re worth a look, at the least.
