“It’s a curious paradox that in a country like Canada, one of the most computer-friendly nations on earth, we also boast a sizeable chunk of people - between 30 and 40 percent of the population - who simply refuse to learn how computers work. These people have a label: technophobes.

“Technophobia is a fear of computers or technology. And it’s a social problem on the rise throughout the western world.”
