With the final version of Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) teetering on the edge of completion Wednesday, Microsoft abruptly pulled the release back for further testing, throwing the massive security update off schedule yet again. However, sources at the software giant say this latest delay will be a short one. The release, they say, is ‘imminent.’”
