Siemens AG Has The Urge To Merge

According to the Industry Standard, Siemens AG will be merging their mobile and fixed communications businesses into a single entity called Siemens Communications. Siemens has stated that the merger is aimed at helping them to serve their customers better. I, however, suspect it is going to do a little magic on the old pocketbook as well.
