To me, Meedio Essentials seems a lot like the Windows Media Center. Lots of bells and whistles, but what do you really come away with? A lot, actually! Seriously though, this is just one drop in the home media pond with all of the different software designed to run from various devices and PCs. Reports indicate that Meedio Essentials has been in development stages since last last October. No way of knowing what its future may look like, but it would appear it’s off to a great start.
