“This article contains a list of possible error codes that may be returned by the Microsoft mail clients listed at the beginning of this article. The following list of error codes may be returned when a failure occurs sending and receiving mail.” Nice work on that! Outlook Express 6 has been out for how long?

I have tried to send a Group email to 375 people and get this message:
“The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was ‘bsb@foxley157.fsnet.co.uk’. Subject ‘Castle Combe May 26th 2007′, Account: ‘mail.historiclotusregister.co.uk (1)’, Server: ’smtp.orangehome.co.uk’, Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: ‘452 Error: too many recipients’, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 452, Error Number: 0×800CCC79″
I have tried removing the namewd recxioent but that just seems to result in another ecipient being named. Is there any limit on thge number of people one may send a messeage to?

1. This might be from a limit imposed by your ISP - check with them.
2. I don’t know about limits on number of recipients in an Outlook Express message - Google it if the first solution doesn’t work.

This is not a limit from an ISP as the message is generated by MS Outlook Express and so has not left the PC. My problem came about after I downloaded the latest updates from MS. And like Peter Ross above it stops me from mailing to my club.
My ISP said to take it up with MS direct.
