“Hey, cell phone companies, can ya hear me now?” Verizon, Cingular, and Sprint have entered into an agreement with 32 states to provide full disclosure of service contract rates and conditions. Also included in the agreement is a clause for more detailed coverage maps to consumers and a two-week grace period for new customers to terminate service without penalty. You know, when I first read this I actually stood up and applauded.
