Intel Delays Wi-Fi Support in Grantsdale Chipset

“Intel has been supremely cautious in its implementation of Wi-Fi in the new Grantsdale chipset; it was first announced that the chip would ship with its wireless features turned off to prevent the spread of unsecured access points. Intel is taking an even more cautious approach by delaying this ability until the fourth quarter, despite the chip’s launch next week.”
