Brian’s Buzz newsletter paid version is reporting problems with this update. They include 100% CPU utilization, constant rebooting, breaking SSL on Windows 2003 Servers, or other problems. A new version of the patch was posted on April 21 - if you are having problems that you didn’t have before applying the patch, uninstall it in Control Panel/Add and Remove Programs and try the newer version. If that still doesn’t help, try the workarounds. If you can’t boot into Windows, boot into the Recovery Console off of your Windows CD and uninstall it.
