“Symptom
When you try to connect to [sic] web site by using Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 6 with Service Pack 1 - it may open with [sic] blank page, instead of [sic] web site.
Cause
During system update, some dll’s didn�t register themself. [sic]

Resolution
1. Go to “Start” -> “Run” -> and register the following dll’s by using regsvr32 command:
