Scheduled Task Wizard stops responding when you click Next

SYMPTOMS
When you click Next on the first page of the Scheduled Task Wizard, you may experience both of the following symptoms:
The Scheduled Task Wizard stops responding (hangs).
If you start Windows Task Manager, and then click the Processes tab, you notice that the Explorer.exe memory process increasingly consumes memory.
RESOLUTION
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Microsoft Windows 2000 Server service pack that contains this hotfix.”
