Cameraphones as Weapons of Mass Disruption

The list of places where cameraphones are being banned is growing at an alarming rate. Beyond reasonable bans like locker rooms, or even absurd ones like Starbucks, now entire countries are banning the phones outright.
Although this is focused on camera phones, cell phones need tighter laws for chatting and driving. A little girl was killed by a car whose driver was looking for his dropped phone at the time of the accident.
